Terms & Conditions of Facebook Competitions - Techris Systems

Participants must be Over 18 only and resident in island of Ireland. You may only enter the competition once.

Entries will be accepted for the Valentine's Hamper starting 9.00am 29/02/2024 and ending 5.00pm on 9th February 2024. THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED.  Watch this space for the next competition coming soon.

By entering this competition on facebook you, the entrant agree to a complete release of Facebook.

Winner will be selected at random and contacted with the details provided and their name posted on the Techris Facebook Page.

Winner must send their contact details to claim prize.

This competition is in no way sponsored, administered or endorsed or associated with Facebook.  You are providing your information to Techris Systems and not Facebook. The information you provide will be used to claim the prize and arrange shipment of prize to the address and details provided by the entrant.

By participating the contestant “ you” agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Techris Systems as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition.

How to enter: The competition must be entered by going to www.techrissytems.com website, and finding the Valentine's Day message and instrument that the message is next to and posting your answer by naming the instrument and quoting the message on the Techris Systems facebook page.

By doing so you will be automatically entered into the draw. 

You must provide the information requested.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Techris Systems. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Techris Systems discretion. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for your name and entry to be displayed on the Techris Systems Facebook page without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

By entering this competition you agree to release and hold harmless Techris Systems and its representatives or employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not from such entrants participation in the competition and/or his or her acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize provided or any portion thereof.
