Advanced Analysis Capabilities:
Natural Frequency & Damping Ratio Measurement
Use an impulse hammer or shaker to measure frequency response and identify the natural vibration characteristics of mechanical structures. The system also calculates the damping ratio using methods such as the half-power method or Hilbert transform.
Motor Noise Frequency Band Identification
Easily isolate abnormal sounds in motors by applying IIR or FIR filters to recorded data. Listen to the filtered signals to quickly pinpoint problematic frequency bands for effective noise reduction.
Rotating Object Tracking Analysis
Track and analyse sound and vibration from rotating components (e.g., motors, generators, transmissions). The O-Solution software supports:
- Constant-width and constant-ratio tracking
- Carrier noise tracking using inverter switching signals

The O Solution Software
The O Solution software allows smooth mode switching between measurement and analysis. You can quickly check the result in analysis mode after the measurement. The data processing functions can be combined with options to suit your needs i.e. link with other devices using the external control function, share data with anyone, anywhere.
Display waveform immediately after system startup:
The time waveform will be displayed immediately after system startup simply by pressing the play button. You take measurements while monitoring the time waveform for 10 seconds.
Analyse efficiently and smoothly:
Huge amounts of recorded data can be processed at high-speed.
Supports other formats:
The different sampling frequency data (10 μHz to 100 GHz) such as sound, vibration, torque, torsion and revolution can be displayed together and overlaid on the screen. Data recorded by data loggers can be downloaded and read.
